1.) How quickly do you ship? What are the processing times?

Orders Typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Custom orders may take up to 5-10 business days to ship. All orders are shipped through USPS and a tracking number will be provided through email with each order. We are not responsible for lost packages, you will have to file a claim with USPS, once the package has been accepted by USPS, Dear June is no longer responsible for the package.

2.) Do you do Custom orders?

Yes we do! For any questions regarding a custom order, please email me through the contact page. The amount of orders I have currently pending will determine how many orders I will be able to take. All custom orders must be paid in advance.

3.) Are your earrings nickel-free?

Yes, the metals vary between different styles, but they're nickel-free. All of our metal components are brass, stainless steel, and gold or silver plated metal.

4.) Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes, theres a minimum order of 20 pairs, you can send a wholesale inquiry HERE.

5.) What kind of quality should I expect?

Each piece is handmade, which means that there will be minor flaws on the piece such as slight variations, and small imperfections, air bubbles, and lint. However if there is any issues with your earrings arriving damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6.) How do I take care of my earrings?

If your earrings become dirty, wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid dropping and storing your earrings in places such as purses, and areas where your earrings can get scratched.

7.) Are you earrings heavy?

Not at all, all of our earrings are very lightweight. Polymer clay is perfect for earrings because you can wear bigger styles that feel as though you aren't even wearing earrings!
